30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We
want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new,
unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less
shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges,
including return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and the
expense is non-refundable. If your item was purchased under a free
shipping promotion, your refund will be minus the shipping cost. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) IS REQUIRED. NO RETURNS
WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN NUMBER PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
BOX. See Return Authorization Instructions at the
bottom of this section. All returned items must be in new,
resalable condition with their original packaging material. Returned
items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Accurate
Order Fulfillment
If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an
incorrect item) or a defective item we will pay for the return shipping.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage.
Non-Returnable
Items
The following products are released by us under controlled
circumstances and cannot be returned due to the safety of
our customers. If these items were to come back to us from an
uncontrolled environment we would not be able to ensure the integrity of the product.
All sales for these items are final. Ordering of these items constitutes
acceptance of these terms. The following items are NOT returnable:

Satisfaction Program for Night Vision Devices
Due to the sensitive nature of night vision devices, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, as part of our
commitment to you, we want to ensure the device you purchased meets your needs.
We offer an upgrade program which is available for 30 (thirty) days from the date
of your purchase. If the night vision device you purchased does not meet
your needs, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase and apply the
full purchase amount less shipping charges to the purchase price of a night
vision device whose generation is greater than the originally purchased
product. We will also give you 10% off of the purchase price of the
higher generation night vision device. Buyer is responsible for all
shipping charges and sales tax associated with the upgrade purchase. The device that was originally purchased must
be returned in new condition, fully operational with all accessories and
undamaged packaging material. Prior to return of a device a Return
Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained from JIC Readiness Supply by
calling us at 336-361-3144 or by email at [email protected] .
See the Return Authorization Number section below for additional information
about obtaining a Return Authorization Number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITS GIVEN WITHOUT A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The return authorization number along with
the purchasers name, address, phone number and email address should be placed
on a sheet of paper and included in the box with the returned item for exchange
upgrade. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining insurance and
delivery signatures on their return shipment. JIC Readiness Supply will
not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged
Items
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that your products
are carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit, however
damages sometimes occur. All shipments are FOB origin. This
means that once we have safely delivered your shipment into the hands of UPS,
the Postal Service, or another carrier, we are not responsible for any damage,
loss or other non-delivery or miss-delivery issues (this does happen on rare
occasions). Once your purchase is out of our hands we can no longer be
responsible for your item(s). We
recommend purchasing the optional package insurance if you are concerned about
your package. In the rare even that you may experience a problem,
please contact us and we will gladly work with you to assist you in sorting out
the problem and facilitate delivery. We recommend that you take the
following steps if you find that your item(s) have been damaged:
o Make a note of any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Be as specific as possible as this will assist in processing the damage claim with UPS or the freight carrier.
o
Failure to keep all packing materials (outer/inner boxes,
packing paper, peanuts, etc.) may result in a denial of claim and you may not
receive credit for the item.
o
To report a damaged shipment, please call your shipping
carrier within two (2) business days. Failure
to report a damaged shipment within two (2) business days may result in a delay
or denial of claim. Claims can take up to ten (10) business days
for resolution.

Return Information:
We recommend all returns shipped via the US Postal Service or
any shipment be insured but, especially those with a value of over $100.00.
We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach us.
When JIC Readiness Supply is in receipt of the authorized returned merchandise:
We will issue a customer refund (via original payment method)
less any applicable shipping charges. Shipping costs may be refunded only
on items we determine to be defective.
We will ship a replacement for returned defective/damaged items at no charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of
giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive
a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us
to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it
takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),
and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days). It is our goal and intent to process your refund as
quickly as possible.
Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the United States, Canada and European Union are not returnable and cannot be exchanged. Customers in the European Union have a 40 day return period where required by law.

Before returning any item, please contact us by phone at 336-361-3144 or by email at [email protected] to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping
instructions. Every return must have a Return Authorization
Number in order to be accepted. We will need the following
information to issue a Return Authorization:

Invoice/Order Number
Invoice Date
Item Name and Quantity of Product(s) being returned
Reason for Return
After receiving your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions, make sure the items are repackaged in their original boxes with their original packing materials. Be sure to follow the instructions below:
o Return the item to the address you are given with the Return Authorization Number.
o
Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
o
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of
loss of returned merchandise.
Exchanges
There are two ways to handle an exchange:
1. Buy the new item; return the old one to us for a refund. This is the fastest & easiest way.
2. Return the old item to us with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and note requesting an alternate size. Include payment for shipping. We will ship the new item to you.
Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the United States, Canada and European Union are not returnable and cannot be exchanged. Customers in the European Union have a 40 day return period where required by law. Shipping for all exchanges is the buyer’s responsibility. If your item originally had free shipping, you must still pay shipping for the exchange item.
